This is a brand-new programme designed to put you at the heart of Sky Business Sales — a fast-growing area that delivers broadband, mobile, TV and sports packages to businesses like pubs, hotels and venues across the UK.


Over two years, you’ll rotate across different sales functions, work directly with clients, and get hands-on with commercial strategy. You’ll start with a six-month placement in Leeds, then move to a new location that fits both business needs and your preferences — with options including Manchester, London and other UK cities.


From day one, you’ll be part of a small, tight-knit graduate cohort shaping the future of Sky Business. With structured training, client interactions, and placements across different sales teams, you’ll gain experience that sets you up for a successful career in B2B sales and strategy.

What you’ll do

You’ll gain a deep understanding of how Sky Business operates and how we deliver value to clients. Projects could include:

Building relationships with small business clients and tailoring solutions for their needs

Supporting sales growth and customer retention strategies

Working in wholesale sales, direct sales and account management teams

Analysing customer data to spot opportunities and guide commercial decisions

Helping shape strategies that drive revenue and growth

You don’t need previous sales experience, we’ll give you all the training and support you need. If you’re excited by the idea of working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, this could be the perfect fit.
