Business Operations
Business Operations is the engine that keeps Sky running. From launching new products to improving customer journeys, our teams make sure big ideas become real changes that millions of people see and feel.
On this two-year programme, you’ll rotate across teams like Supply Chain, Change Delivery, Compliance & Fraud, Billing and Credit Risk. You’ll help shape how Sky works, grows and innovates — tackling projects that keep us efficient, sustainable and future-ready.
In your first year, you’ll build a strong foundation with placements in Supply Chain and Change Delivery. In your second year, you’ll choose a specialism based on your interests — whether that’s Billing, Compliance, Credit Risk, or continuing in Change Delivery or Supply Chain. Whatever you choose, you’ll be supported to explore, learn and grow.

Open to final-year students or recent graduates from any degree subject.

You’ll work on projects that shape Sky’s operations and deliver real benefits for customers, such as:
Supporting the launch of products like Sky Glass and Sky Stream
Enhancing billing processes and ensuring fairness for customers
Tackling fraud and protecting Sky’s reputation
Improving supply chain operations and embedding sustainability
Turning big ideas into reality through fast-paced project delivery
