Over two years, you’ll take on four six month rotations across marketing, commercial strategy, and trading performance — learning from experts and making your mark from day one.

Open to final-year students or recent graduates from any degree subject.

What you’ll do
Over the two years, you’ll take on a mix of creative, analytical and commercial roles – learning how Sky brings entertainment, broadband and mobile products to customers across Ireland. You'll:
Develop marketing campaigns that get the nation talking
Shape sales and trading strategies that drive performance
Use data and insights to support business decisions
Collaborate with teams across TV, broadband and mobile
Deliver projects that directly impact Sky’s growth and customer experience
