Business Graduate (Osterley)

Ever wondered who decides what Sky should do next — which shows to launch, what products to build, or how to keep customers coming back?

On our two-year Business Strategy Graduate Programme, you’ll rotate through four different roles and see how our business works from every angle.

In your first year, you’ll take on two six-month placements within our Consumer Group. These could include campaign planning, analysing customer data, launching a new product, or exploring what makes audiences tick. It’s your chance to test out different paths, learn fast, and build a strong foundation.

In your second year, you’ll choose two more placements based on your interests and career goals. That could mean brand strategy, corporate affairs, propositions and product development, insight and analytics, commercial content strategy — even Women in Sport initiatives. Whatever you choose, you’ll take on real projects, learn from experts, and discover where you shine.
