What you’ll do

Over two years, you’ll rotate through three key areas—Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, and Commercial Performance—giving you a broad foundation in data and analytics before choosing your specialism.

Data Engineering - You’ll build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers decision-making across the business. Expect to work with cloud platforms like GCP, create data marts, combine data sources, and develop dashboards using tools like Tableau and Looker. You’ll also learn how to improve data flows and ensure data quality.

Advanced Analytics - Here, you’ll dive into customer data to build predictive models and uncover insights that shape strategy. You’ll deliver end-to-end analytics projects—from gathering requirements to presenting results—and learn how to apply techniques like propensity modelling to real business challenges.

Commercial Performance - You’ll analyse how products and propositions are performing, support business cases for new launches, and help optimise existing offerings. This rotation will sharpen your stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, as you translate data into actionable insights for commercial teams. Throughout the programme, you’ll work on real projects, develop cutting-edge analytical skills, and deliver insights directly to senior stakeholders—collaborating with brilliant minds to solve complex challenges.

What we’re looking for

The one essential requirement is that you’re currently in the final year of your undergraduate degree, completing a postgraduate qualification, or have already graduated. Your degree can be in any subject.

We’re not looking for a specific subject — we’re looking for people who are curious, full of ideas, and ready to get stuck in.
