At Sky, data drives everything we do - from creating new products and exploring new markets to predicting the future of our multi-billion-pound business. On our Data and Analytics Graduate Programme, you’ll help shape how we communicate with customers and deliver the entertainment millions love.
You’ll work on real projects, develop cutting-edge analytical skills, and collaborate with brilliant minds to solve complex challenges. Advanced forecasting and credit risk modelling to machine learning for personalisation and customer segmentation.

What you’ll do
You’ll explore the full spectrum of data and analytics before choosing your path. Over two years, you’ll rotate through four different teams, gaining hands-on experience across:
Econmetrics
Advanced Analytics
Digital Decisioning
Applied Data Science
Customer Insight
What we’re looking for
The one essential requirement is that you’re currently in the final year of your undergraduate degree, completing a postgraduate qualification, or have already graduated. Your degree can be in any subject.
Our programme is designed to give you all the knowledge and experience you need. So, it doesn’t matter what your degree is in. We’re much more interested in the passion, drive and talent you’re able to bring to the team.
