Data and Analytics Graduate

Data powers everything at Sky, from what we put on screen to how we improve customer experiences.

On our two-year Data & Analytics Graduate Programme, you’ll rotate across specialist teams, discover how data shapes decisions, and learn the skills that will define the future.

You don’t need a data degree — just curiosity, creativity, and a passion for solving problems. Whether you’re into numbers, patterns, or simply figuring out how things work, this programme gives you the chance to explore, experiment, and build a career in one of the fastest-growing fields.
