Tasks
- You support our team in the content engagement area, one of the most important areas of customer communication
- Your job is the planning as well as the conceptual and textual creation of our highlight newsletters on sports, series and films
- To do this, you'll coordinate closely with internal interfaces such as the programme, PR and legal departments as well as with external interfaces such as agencies
- You'll learn how to co-design and coordinate 3rd party content (Sky Store, Paramount+, Discovery+ Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, DAZN etc.)
- The analysis of newsletter performance indicators as well as the creation of presentations are part of your daily business
- If you're interested, you'll also support our transactional communication and onboarding journeys
- You can contribute to Sky's success and gain a lot of experience by working on higher-level and cross-divisional projects
Requirements
- You're enrolled in an advanced degree programme in the field of media or communication sciences, journalism, business studies with a focus on dialogue marketing or a comparable degree programme
- You've a creative mind-set, a well-developed feeling for language and are enthusiastic about new tools and ways of working
- You've strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to integrate into a dynamic, international team
- You describe yourself as responsible and an organisational talent - independent work is no problem for you
- You've already gained some project management experience
- You're an expert in MS Office
- Initial experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or basic HTML skills are a plus
- Good written and spoken German and English round off your profile
