Tasks
- Your task is to support the sales activities within Sky Residential, to help develop the area of partnerships and to constantly implement new sales ideas and cooperation approaches
- You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketplace strategy that is aligned with the company's overall objectives
- You're responsible for creating data and target-oriented sales plans to improve the overall performance of Websales in the short, medium and long term
- As a communicative interface, you coordinate with your team & in cooperation with the Senior Manager in the planning and implementation of partnership activities
- You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Sky's partners to ensure continuous collaboration, support and performance optimization
- You'll drive the creation of annual and quarterly business plans for the partner channels and support the Head of in budget planning
- Working with the analytics and data teams, you will track, measure and analyze performance and use the insights to make strategic decisions and improvements. You¿ll also act as a role model to support the sharing of best practices across the sales teams
Requirements
- You've a degree in marketing, business administration, economics or a similar field and several years of experience in the field of digital sales, sales partnerships or similar functions
- Through your previous work experience, you bring a strong sales-oriented commercial mindset, as well as knowledge in efficiently presenting information and responding to inquiries from executives, stakeholders, cross-functional business leaders, colleagues and customers
- In addition to your passion for Sky customers and Sky products, you are characterized by your negotiation and communication skills
- You describe yourself as independent, enthusiastic and performance-driven and your work style/approach as well-planned and organized
- You've already had initial contact with the management of 3rd party partners such as affiliates & marketplaces
- Your good planning and organizational skills as well as your ability to work in dynamic environments with limited guidance and meet deadlines can be demonstrated through practical experience
- Good English and German skills (written and spoken) as well as good Microsoft Office skills round off your profile
