Tasks
- You're responsible for the support of Sky TV churn & retention reporting
- You'll take care of various strategic analyses of customer churn & retention activities on a weekly basis to support trading materials
- In this context, you'll take care of the development of reports and ongoing consolidation of data to provide the most important KPIs on customer churn & retention for the weekly trading meeting
- You'll ensure data quality, which serves as the basis for accurate planning & forecasting activities
- As a communicative interface, you'll work closely with the Data, Sky TV Customer Base, Customer Insights and Subscriber Reporting teams
Requirements
- You're enrolled in a masters' degree programme in business administration, business informatics or similar
- A good understanding of churn and customer value management is a plus
- You've excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint and experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau and BusinessObjects is a plus
- Good analytical thinking, communication skills and high problem-solving skills, as well as creativity and enjoyment of media characterise you
- Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
