About this programme

This 12-month graduate programme offers you the chance to join our incredible multi-skilled creative teams.

You’ll experience two six-month placements within our Creative Advertising team who specialise in different areas of the business, allowing you to expand on your skillset and gain a deeper insight into the industry.

From brainstorming ideas for 360 campaigns to working on some of the industry’s top briefs, we are uniquely placed to offer you a huge range of exciting and diverse opportunities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Respond to creative briefs with unique ideas that push our brands forward.
  • Provide creative solutions across a range of channels including television, print, OOH, on-air, digital, and social.
  • Offer input to creative meetings and share ideas.
  • Work alongside the Creatives, Account Management, Production and Planners.
  • Support the Creatives and Senior Creatives throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Keep across current design trends to ensure that our work remains fresh and relevant.
  • Gain crucial experience by being part of work, which is original, effective and made to the highest possible creative standards.

What we’re looking for

  • A portfolio that demonstrates a flair for copy.
  • Someone passionate about storytelling and creating compelling content that cuts through, and resonates with audiences.
  • A knowledge or interest in production, shoots, and post-production.
  • A love of TV.
  • Conceptual skills.
  • Understanding of digital, social, and emerging platforms and trends.
  • A love of problem solving.
  • Ability to take and work with criticism in a positive, pragmatic way.
  • Positive persona with a ‘can do’ attitude that brings integrity, passion and willingness to work hard – you see every piece of work as an opportunity.


It’s a crucial requirement is that you have an undergraduate degree (or are about to complete one) and are aged 18 and over by September 2024.

To be eligible for this role you are required to have the appropriate right to work in the UK by the start date of the programme. Please be aware Sky does not offer sponsorship for this programme.
