Job Description
Tasks
- You're responsible for implementing the fiction content and merchandising strategy in the WOW apps
- You drive the development and implementation of data-driven, customer-focused merchandising strategies and concepts
- In addition to creating content plans and priorities to support the strategic direction and goals, you ensure efficient, coordinated communication within the business team
- You'll make a key contribution to the continuous improvement of the customer experience through data analysis and the achievement of set target KPIs, as well as their continuous monitoring for performance management
- You'll take on tasks ranging from interpreting market research results, market/competitive trends and A/B testing to deriving optimisation measures
- Above all, your daily business will involve close collaboration with Content Operations to ensure the best possible quality of content, metadata and images
- Through connected, cross-functional collaboration with local content and business teams, as well as other stakeholders within the Sky Group, in particular with content and merchandising teams from other Sky OTT markets, you'll be able to make your contribution
Requirements
- You've a degree in (digital) media, marketing or journalism and several years of professional experience in a similar role
- In addition to your absolute passion for fiction content and your ability to identify content highlights and translate them into coherent front-end content promotion concepts, you'll bring a strong affinity for digital products, innovative entertainment offerings and the technologies used for them
- A good understanding of customer experience in the content/streaming sector and experience in working with content management systems distinguishes you
- In addition to strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent teamwork and communication skills are among your strengths
- A strong sense of diligence and an eye for detail sets you apart
- Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
