Job Description
We're looking for you to join our PC Operations Team limited to 2 years.
Tasks
- Your job is to ensure a smooth operation of systems for content processing, AdTech and broadcast planning
- You're responsible for the escalation of the above-mentioned activities across the entire service management lifecycle - this includes taking appropriate action, coordinating activities, providing hands-on support where needed and reporting on the status of these measures
- As a communicative interface, you'll coordinate closely with project teams and suppliers to ensure a smooth transition to the operations team - this includes communication and escalation of incidents to and from external providers as well as alignment with the relevant internal Sky departments
- In addition to taking part in incident, change and service level management processes and reporting, you'll take care of creating and maintaining the Content Platform Control knowledge bases while ensuring that the functions of the underlying technology stack, processes and procedures are always up to date so that all teams receive the best possible support in their day-to-day work
- You'll support third parties in both projects and day-to-day operations, contribute to the continuous improvement of Sky services and support Sky Group Service Integration/Transition in defining the requirements needed by Content Platform Control to ensure the best possible customer experience
Requirements
- You've completed a university degree and gained experience in monitoring tools, process optimization, data integration or IT operations
- In the past, you've built solid knowledge in IT managed services, DVB operations, OTT delivery and cloud services - or you've gained in-depth experience with Confluence and Jira
- A strong understanding of AdTech and content technologies is a matter of course for you
- You've already had first touchpoints with the development and continuous improvement of new and existing tools as well as with training colleagues in new processes and procedures
- Above all, your solution-oriented mindset when handling multiple challenges simultaneously, your unconventional thinking, your resilience under tight schedules and your strong team spirit - both in local and group-wide structures - are among your strengths
