We're looking for you to join our Information Security Team.


Tasks

  • Your job is the end-to-end management of complex cybersecurity programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with both security and organizational goals
  • You'll oversee and manage all aspects of the cybersecurity programme, including planning, execution, and monitoring of critical deliverables
  • You'll take care of developing technical programme roadmaps and project plans that define scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines
  • You'll be in charge for maintaining a strong understanding of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, ensuring that programs are forward-looking and resilient to emerging risks
  • You'll be responsible for identifying and coordinating the interdependencies among security initiatives to ensure consistency 
  • As a communicative interface you'll collaborate with various teams, including IT, broadcast, and other business units across territories, to ensure a coordinated approach to cybersecurity
  • Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders, internal teams and senior management is part of your daily business

Requirements

  • You've a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field as well as several years in cybersecurity programme management
  • You'll bring proven experience in leading large, cross-functional, and complex cybersecurity programmes, including budget handling
  • Experience in developing and executing Information Security initiatives, including capturing and redefining requirements into impactful work items, distinguishes you
  • Strong knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and technologies, including NIST, ISO27001 and other compliance frameworks sets you apart - you've also certifications like CISSP, CSPM, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent
  • You're experienced in the implementation of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and practices in an organization 
  • You're proficient with commonly used technology tools (incl. Jira & Confluence) for Cybersecurity Management & Programme Management
  • It's easy for you to present complex technical cybersecurity information clearly and concisely to nontechnical stakeholders at all enterprise levels
  • Outstanding risk analysis and problem-solving skills are among your strengths
  • Good English skills, both written & spoken, round off your profile
