Job Description
Tasks
- In your role as a team lead (m/w/d), you're responsible for the development and management of a team of around 10 people across Digital Design, Merchandising and Optimization
- You drive a collaborative team culture that embraces change and delivers measurable results together
- As a communicative interface, you coordinate with content and marketing teams to implement high-quality onsite campaigns across all customer touchpoints
- You drive a culture of continuous KPI optimisation and experimentation by developing WOW's commerce testing roadmap to create seamless, data-driven customer journeys throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- In addition to evolving WOW's SEO strategy, you are responsible for the strategic development of performance channels such as SEA, Display and Affiliates
- Transparency is important to us - that's why you keep relevant stakeholders regularly informed about website performance, planned campaigns and testing results
- You're involved in shaping the e-commerce roadmap and represent WOW Germany in global discussions
Requirements
- You've a degree in business or a related field and have gained several years of professional experience in e-commerce or digital environments
- Through your experience, you've acquired in-depth knowledge of technical and UX-focused website development, as well as experience in leading teams
- Your data-driven and analytical approach, along with a solid understanding of performance metrics, are among your key strengths
- You're an expert (m/f/d) in prioritizing complex projects and have experience in working with international stakeholders
- In addition to your conceptual strength, you're confident in presenting to management and cross-functional teams
- You'd describe yourself as independent, solution-oriented and execution-strong - with a clear focus on efficiency and results
- Good German and English skills (written & spoken) complete your profile
