Job Description

Tasks
- Whether it's our Sky newsletter, confirmation communication or an entire onboarding journey, you'll support us as we design, create and manage them
- You'll assist us in managing customer lifecycles and creating rules for communicative touchpoints
- You'll learn to create complex, system-generated emails and take care of their technical management
- You'll contribute to Sky's success by working on cross-functional projects and gain a lot of experience in the process
- Creating presentations and project plans is part of your daily business
- You're keen to analyse our work - through A/B tests you contribute to the continuous development of our measures
Requirements
- You're enrolled in a degree programme in the field of media or communication sciences, journalism, business administration with a focus on dialogue marketing or a comparable degree programme
- In the past you were able to get some insights in project management
- A very good ability to analyse and a well-developed feeling for language are among your strengths
- Above all, you've strong communication skills and the ability to integrate into a dynamic, international team
- You'd describe yourself as responsible and an organisational talent - working independently even under time pressure is no problem for you
- You're an expert in MS Office
- Good written and spoken German and English round off your profile
