I am a Program Manager in the Group Product Delivery team. In my team, we oversee the planning, execution and budget of wider programmes like PINC, Migration to WOW, Stream, etc. spanning across various business functions.

In our roles, we create and monitor project milestones, carry out risk and resource management, report project performance and tracking to senior management.

In this role, I have a bird’s eye view of the most important and strategic programs and initiatives at Sky. It is exciting to work across all functions of Sky, depending on the programme I currently lead. I get to meet new colleagues and delve into different workflows with every new programme.

I do enjoy good TV, bringing a world class TV and streaming experience to our customers in the work I do. It's what I love most about my job.

In 2023, I lead a Product Safety programme, where we defined clear guidelines and improved processes for Sky internally, as well as customers.

For Sky DE internally, this meant streamlining more with Group processes, and for customers, a better understanding and ease of reporting Safety issues for Sky devices.

I have been lucky to have worked on a wide spectrum of projects. From customer centric commercial projects, new workflows for our content platforms bringing, to life vital big initiatives that translate to value for our customers.

Sky is a very dynamic organization, always adjusting to market competition and the needs of our customers, while bringing innovation to the mix. We have already shown our prowess in the TV and Streaming sector, while we await the launch of Sky Stream.

Sky has new ways of working with our competitors, like in the recent content sharing example of the RTL deal or via Aggregation.
