Using AI in your application

Using AI can be great to help research our company, polish your CV, or fine-tune a cover letter. If it helps you put your best foot forward, go for it. It’s okay to use AI to help refine your work, but please make sure the core content is your own.

That said, we do ask that you don’t use AI during interviews or assessments. We want to get to know you… your ideas, your personality, and how you think. We’re looking for authenticity, not perfection.

And just so you know, we don’t use AI in our selection processes. Every application is reviewed by a real person. We value your individuality and want to make sure you’re given a fair and human experience throughout.
