We have a strengths-based assessment process, as such we do not require CVs or cover letters as part of your application.

Please review the job descriptions for any specific eligibility requirements of each role, on our programme pages. You can find this in the “What we are looking for” section on our website as well as in the “Eligibility Criteria” section.

Yes, if you require any adjustments for your application, please include as much detail as possible in your application form. We’ll be in touch ahead of your assessments, to discuss further if necessary.

Alternatively, if you need to speak to us directly about your adjustments, please feel free to email earlycareers@sky.uk for Graduate and Intern programmes and apprenticeships@sky.uk for Apprenticeship programmes.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accept multiple applications for our programmes. Applicants are only permitted to apply to one programme per recruitment cycle.
