We are looking for a Music Metadata and Asset Delivery Associate to join our Music Department and provide support within the SATV Music Publishing team. Who will be responsible for managing and delivering accurate music metadata and digital music assets for all Music releases both Production Library and original Television and Film soundtracks via our digital distribution platforms. This role involves close collaboration with the Music Publishing team (SATV), content creators, digital platforms, sub publishing partners and internal teams to ensure the integrity and accessibility of music assets.

What you'll do

  • Manage and maintain accurate metadata for music assets, ensuring compliance with industry and platform standards.
  • Collaborate with content creators (e.g., composers, producers) to gather and verify metadata information.
  • Oversee digital asset workflows, including preparation, delivery, and tracking of music files and metadata.
  • Conduct quality checks on metadata and digital assets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Resolve metadata and quality-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including music publishers and delivery managers, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support and improve distribution processes, offering training and contributing to workflow enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-publishing partners, collection societies, and internal stakeholders.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in metadata management and digital asset delivery within the music industry
  • Strong understanding of music metadata standards and digital distribution platforms
  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in relevant software and databases
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • First class communicator and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions
