TV shows. Apps. Big ideas. Every bold move at Sky starts with smart financial thinking — and that’s where you come in.
Over eight weeks, you’ll work with our Finance teams to see how the numbers drive the action. You’ll learn how finance supports everything from launching new products to greenlighting major investments, and how our insights shape decisions across the business.
You’ll gain real experience, develop key analytical skills, and see what it’s like to work in one of the UK’s most exciting media and tech companies. Impress us, and you could land a place on our Finance Graduate Programme starting in September 2027.

Right to work

What you’ll do
ou’ll get a real taste of how finance powers Sky’s business. From day one, you’ll be part of a team that helps Sky deliver great content, technology, and innovation. You could:
Learn how budgets are set, tracked, and analysed
Build business cases that back big decisions
Work with teams across Sky to forecast performance
Turn data into insights that drive strategy
Take on a live project with other interns and present your work to senior leaders
What we’re looking for
You don’t need a finance degree but we’re looking for curious, ambitious people who love solving problems and thinking commercially. You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Enjoy working with numbers and data
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with others
- Are curious about how businesses grow and succeed
- Are organised, proactive, and ready to learn
