These might be new pricing and packaging changes, a change to the way we serve our customers or managing changes enforced by our regulators.
  • Working with our supply chain teams to build and improve business processes to make our business more efficient, sustainable and/or to manage changes requested by our suppliers.
  • Delivering new projects that impact our supply chain teams, such as managing the changing of suppliers, introduction of new business systems and managing the introduction of new products into Sky’s business, for example Sky Broadband hubs, Sky Glass and Sky Stream.
  • Working with our Billing team to introduce and maintain business processes in relation to how we bill our customers for our products and services or how we bill our partner companies (for example broadband Network providers).

Through this work you’ll build skills in project management and analysis, including:

  • Building project plans, making sure everything runs to schedule, to the agreed budget and to the commercial and business objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining project governance – regular meetings and status reports, managing risks and issues and using clear communication to ensure all teams are aligned on the status of a project.
  • Owning and managing project artefacts such as project plans, risk & issue logs, action logs and stakeholder maps.
  • Providing support through all the stages of a project; including identifying stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships with them through the project, defining project scope and understanding the impacts of change.

  • Documenting how business processes currently work and executing change as part of a project.
  • Documenting the requirements of our business stakeholders for a change we’re implementing.
