At Sky, finance is about making decisions that drive change – from backing the next hit show to funding the technology that powers our platforms. Over three years, you’ll rotate through teams like Content, Product, Sales and Strategy, seeing how finance influences every part of the business.
You’ll work on live projects, build commercial and analytical skills, and study towards your CIMA qualification, a globally recognised mark of excellence in management accounting. We’ll cover your study costs, provide paid study leave, and support you every step of the way.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have the experience, qualification and confidence to take on your next big move in finance.

Open to final-year students or recent graduates from any degree subject
Right to work
You’ll need to have the appropriate right to work in the UK or Ireland by the start date. Sky does not offer sponsorship for this programme.
What you’ll do
You’ll get stuck into real work from day one, helping to guide decisions that shape Sky’s growth.
You’ll also study towards your CIMA qualification, gaining professional skills and financial expertise that’ll set you up for a long-term career in business. We’ll make sure you have everything you need — from exam support and study time to a network of mentors and peers. Across your rotations, you’ll:
Manage budgets and forecast performance for major projects
Build business cases for new ideas and initiatives
Work with data and insights to inform key decisions
Partner with teams across content, product, technology and sales
Learn how to balance commercial thinking with creativity
