What you’ll do
You’ll rotate through three placements over three years, building experience across different areas of Finance and the wider business. Our Finance rotations can give you exposure to areas including content, advertising and media, cost management, trading, Telco and subscriptions, helping you understand different business models, commercial levers and strategic challenges.
Alongside your rotations, you’ll work towards your CIMA qualification, developing the technical knowledge, commercial judgement and business-partnering skills you’ll use throughout your career.
You’ll learn how to turn data, forecasts and budgets into insight, look ahead as well as understand past performance, and confidently communicate and influence stakeholders.
We’ll support you along the way, with paid study leave and exam days, as you combine professional study with real experience at Sky.

What we’re looking for
The one essential requirement is that you’re currently in the final year of your undergraduate degree, completing a postgraduate qualification, or have already graduated. Your degree can be in any subject.
