  • Application

Time to submit your application on our system. We’ll be asking for your personal details, academic information and everything else that you think would be relevant such as work experience. That’s all there is to it.

If we need to make adjustments to make you feel more comfortable at any stage, please let us know when you apply — we’ll be in touch to discuss.

  • Digital Assessment

Once your application is in, we’ll ask you to complete our immersive digital assessments. They’re mostly situational questions and will also include a video interview.

We understand that you might want to utilise AI to support your preparation for taking the assessments – understanding Sky etc. But we ask that you complete the assessments themselves without the assistance of AI.

The day could include an individual interview, group discussion or individual exercise. We’ll give you plenty of notice and let you know how best to prepare for the day.

I loved my time in Supply Chain, the kind of diversity of working across so many different products, as well as doing something I'd never done on my scheme before, it made so interesting. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to apply for it.
