Launch Events
Thinking about where your career could begin? Our Launch Events bring together inspiring speakers, current programme participants, and Sky teams for an afternoon of insight and connection. You’ll learn what makes our programmes unique, explore life at Sky and get advice from people who’ve been where you are now.
When: Typically run between October–November.
Virtual Insight Events
Grab a coffee and tune in from home. These online sessions give you an inside look at Sky, from how we innovate and build products to what it’s like to join one of our Early Careers programmes. You’ll hear from Sky people across different business areas, get application tips and discover where you could make an impact.
When: Typically run between August–October.
In-person Insight Days
Step inside Sky and see our world up close. Our in-person Insight Days are your chance to visit our offices, meet our teams, and experience the energy of life here. You’ll take part in hands-on sessions, network with current apprentices and graduates, and get a real feel for where a career at Sky could take you.
When: Typically run between August–October.
Insight Weeks
Immerse yourself in Sky for a full week of learning and experience. Our Insight Weeks combine workshops, shadowing opportunities and project work to help you build confidence, skills and connections. You’ll explore different areas of the business, meet Sky experts and find out how to stand out when you apply.
When: Typically run in Spring (around Easter).
Careers Advisor Sessions
Dedicated sessions for teachers and careers advisors. Join our Early Careers team to learn more about Sky’s programmes, application process and how to help students take the next step in their journey. Each session includes practical tips, insights into our culture, and a Q&A with the team.
When: Typically run in Autumn.
