About this programme

Join our Business Administration Apprenticeship and help deliver brilliant service to Sky’s people. You’ll work in Billing Operations, ensuring customer bills are accurate, payments are processed smoothly, and communications are clear.

The qualification
Business Administration Level 6 qualification
The training provider for this apprenticeship is Forth Valley College. They are a leading provider of further and higher education offering a wide range of courses and training opportunities.
All of your learning will take place in the workplace so you can look forward to lots of hands-on practical training with access to all the latest resources.
What we’re looking for
- Five National 5s (grades A–C or equivalent), including English and Maths
- To be aged 24 or under by September 2025
- To have finished education and be ready for full-time work by September 2025

- Be above statutory school-leaver age by September 2025
- Not be in education during the apprenticeship

This optional step will help you prepare for our application process - and you can access it before you’ve even applied.
Application
Time to submit your application on our system. We’ll be asking for your personal details, academic information and we'll also be checking your apprenticeship eligibility alongside the Apprenticeship Levy guidelines. That’s all there is to it.
If we need to make adjustments to make you feel more comfortable at any stage, please let us know when you apply – we’ll be in touch to discuss.
Digital Assessment
Once your application is in, we’ll ask you to complete our immersive digital assessments. They’re mostly situational questions and will also include a video interview.
We understand that you might want to utilise AI to support your preparation for taking the assessments – understanding Sky etc. But we ask that you complete the assessments themselves without the assistance of AI.
Assessment centre
For the final assessment stage, we’ll invite you to our bespoke virtual assessment centre. You’ll get the opportunity to impress us in person and get a feel for what it’s really like to work at Sky.
The day could include an individual interview, group discussion or individual exercise. We’ll give you plenty of notice and let you know how best to prepare for the day.
