I am a Senior Procurement Manager, specialising in third party software commercial contracts. Our team involves managing end-to-end procurement process for enterprise software solutions.

I work collaboratively with Technology, Legal and Finance teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives. I negotiate contracts, optimise costs and ensure compliance with Sky policies and regulatory requirements.

What I love most is the ability to drive strategic value by balancing cost savings with the needs of the business. I enjoyed collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their software requirements, negotiating with vendors to secure the best possible terms, and ensuring that we optimise both cost and service delivery.

I was working on a messaging software platform contract where I identified opportunities for optimisation. By negotiating better terms, right size the contract and improved operational efficiency, I was able to deliver £1m savings over a two-year contract.
