I have been here for almost 3 months now, and this is one of the best team I have worked with for a long time.
I am a service agent, which means I answer calls and help customers with TV and broadband issues, and it includes a little bit of sales.
What I love most about this role is being able to help customers with their issues, and feel less stressed after they hang up.
This is exciting because you don’t feel like you are doing the same things over again. It helps you push yourself to be better.
I feel that Sky is an inclusive place to work, because you are able to be yourself; in the way you dress and also always having an open door policy with the manager and other departments. Everyone is welcoming.
The work/life balance here is one of the best, if you ever need sometime off or in a case of emergency they are very flexible and understanding.
