How did you get into your role? I was made redundant about 9 years ago from my previous job in a printing company. I was looking for something different and started working for a company called AVC installing Sky products, I was then offered the role with here directly.

What surprised you most about your role? How much support I receive from my manager and team.
Describe your work/life balance. My job can be quite flexible, I sometimes have days off in the week which enables me to take and collect my children from school.

I’ve been encouraged by colleagues and managers to aim for the best in my role, even when I haven't had the confidence to do so. My recommendation would be to always work to the best of your ability and have confidence in yourself.
