£16,932 – £17,550 basic salary, up to £23,000 a year

What you’ll do
Based in our Newcastle Contact Centre you’ll be making outbound calls to potential and existing Sky customers. They might have recently moved. Or looking to upgrade their package. Either way, you’ll always be on the look-out for new opportunities to promote and sell our products and services. Whilst delivering first-class customer service.
How you’ll do it
Sales experience isn’t essential. We’re more interested in your brilliant listening skills and ability to understand what customers want. You’ll also have a healthy streak of ambition and a passion to sell.
