£16,932 – £17,550 basic salary, up to £23,000 a year

What you’ll do
Based in our Newcastle Contact Centre, you’ll help potential customers set up a new subscription for one of our industry-leading products. You’ll also help existing customers looking to upgrade. While you’ll always put their needs first, you’ll know when to slip in a recommendation for relevant Sky products and services.
How you’ll do it
Sales experience isn’t essential. We’re more interested in your brilliant listening skills and ability to understand what customers want. You’ll also have a healthy streak of ambition and a passion to sell.
