What you’ll do:

• Work with a small team of PMO Analysts, to efficiently deliver the PMO workstack to support Change Delivery’s diverse portfolios of programmes and projects, providing transparent, accurate, and relevant management information, that adds value and meets stakeholders’ needs, enabling high-quality decision making
• Promote PPM (Clarity) standards and methods, ensuring processes are maintained in line with industry best practice
• Promote continuous improvement and customer-focused innovation within the PMO, which supports our operating model, be able to present to an audience of senior stakeholders and beyond

What you’ll bring:

• Strong MI and reporting capabilities using MS Office with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, along with the necessary confidence to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
• Experience of working in a fast-paced enterprise or portfolio environment would be advantageous
• Strong team player with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing workloads and priorities
• Practical knowledge of PPM tools and techniques would be a preference but not essential.

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
