What you’ll do:
- Delivering reporting and insight parity for all sales areas through transformational initiatives; able to understand and communicate the risks and tangible business benefits to senior stakeholders
- Managing a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts; creating a high performing and inclusive culture where your team has true ownership and autonomy of the projects they work on and making decisions that support delivery
- Project and workstack management for the team; prioritising multiple requests and actions
- Responsible for the long-term strategic development of operational reporting, exploring new reporting solutions and MI
- Understand robust business improvement plans, within and outside of Sky, to help shape the long-term strategy
- Build and maintain influential relationships across operational and support areas at a senior level, including Directors and Head of Departments
What you’ll bring:
- A brilliant people leader who is experienced in setting a compelling vision, clear objectives and inspires a high performing team
- Highly experienced in building relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Adaptable approach to high pressure situations, with experience in problem solving and delivering quick practical solutions
- Proven understanding of project management and experience landing large scale change effectively in an operational environment
- Comfortable and confident in an environment that moves at a pace and continually pushes boundaries
- Confident discussing technical and analytical elements of analyst roles

This role can be based in any UK Sky site.
The role can be based remotely, requiring self-motivation and a proactive approach while still working as part of team.
