What you’ll do
Engage, motivate and inspire your team to give their best. Provide guidance and support whenever needed. Help your team to have the best conversations with customers. Put the customer service at the heart of everything you do. And instill that into your team. Take pride in seeing them flourish.
How you’ll do it
Demonstrate a proven ability to motivate, empower, coach and develop people. Track record of leading large teams in a contact centre environment or similar. Enjoy a sense of ownership. Be comfortable in working to and delivering on your own KPI’s.
