We’re Europe’s biggest entertainment brand. Think top-quality shows. Breaking news. Innovative tech. Must-have products. Join us as a Sales Advisor and you’ll enjoy the freedom and support you need to make an impact: making fans of the products you love, hitting targets and delivering cracking customer service. Plus, expect industry-leading benefits and experiences you’ll only find at Sky.
What you’ll do:
Based in our Newcastle contact centre you’ll be connecting our customers with the entertainment they love. You’ll be having great conversations with our customers – whether it’s getting a new customer set up or helping an existing customer with an upgrade.
How you’ll do it:
You’ll be the first voice our customer hears. Sales experience isn’t essential – you’ll be friendly, enthusiastic and build a great rapport with everyone you speak to. Your ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment is key.
You’ll be a Sky ambassador, helping to promote our amazing products, answering customer questions and understanding their needs.
It’s your job to describe all the benefits that Sky offer, looking to gain commitment to purchase our products.
We want you to feel confident when talking about our products, so you’ll get free Sky Q, phone and broadband. But that’s not all, you’ll also get:
– 30 days annual leave (and three bank holidays)
– A generous pension package
– Private healthcare
– Expert on-the-job training and support
– A chance to gain an official qualification from the Institute of Customer Service
