37.5 hours, working shift patterns within Contact Centre opening hours: Monday-Sunday 08:30-20:00
£18,150 per annum basic salary, rising to £19,150 after probation.

What you’ll do
Based in our Newcastle Contact Centre, you’ll take calls from customers who are either thinking of leaving Sky or want to change their existing package. You’ll find out why they want to switch from their current deal and what we can offer them that meets their needs.
How you’ll do it
Sales experience isn’t essential. We’re more interested in your brilliant listening skills and ability to understand what customers want. You’ll also have a healthy streak of ambition and a passion to sell.
