What you’ll do
Through great conversations with customers, you’ll help identify and solve problems, answer queries, understand customer needs and recommend Sky products that will improve the customers viewing, online and/or mobile experience. Based in our new Leeds Customer Service Contact Centre, you’ll take calls from customers about billing and upgrades, as well as those having technical issues. As part of a supportive, fun and friendly team, your focus will be on having great conversations.
How you’ll do it
We are all about providing the best customer experience for our customers, no matter how they contact us. You’ll be warm, friendly, tenacious, resilient and eager to help customers. You’ll need to think creatively to meet customer needs whilst dealing with a high volume of calls and smashing targets, including introducing customers to new products and services. Most of all, you’ll enjoy chatting and building relationships with lots of different people and helping to resolve their issues.
