Gender and ethnicity

Here’s how we're improving our gender and ethnicity balance:

  • Women in Leadership - sponsorship and training for the next generation of female leaders.
  • Women in Technology & Engineering - training and support for women considering a move into software development and engineering.
  • MAMA Youth Project - TV and media training for 18-25-year-olds from under-represented backgrounds.
  • Digify - a paid training and placement programme aimed at those from a minority background.
