The brand communications executive focuses on supporting with the management of their brand reputation across all external communications, supports the NOW LinkedIn content planning and strategy, as well as supporting on showcasing shows, products and services in a NOW tone of voice.
What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with the Sky PR team and corporate communications teams in the development and delivery of PR activity to support their shows, products and services
- Supporting the delivery of product and corporate communications – drafting communication packs, press releases, liaison with stakeholders, briefing spokespeople
- Support the corporate communications team with responses to press enquires and crisis communications
- Support on the development and implementation of volunteering initiatives
- Assist the brand comms manager with the day to day running of NOW’s LinkedIn channel and paid promotion, developing NOW’s employer brand
- Drafting weekly industry news updates to circulate across the business
- Occasionally supporting the consumer PR team on creative campaigns ensuring alignment across social and influencer channels.

On our distribution partnerships executive placement, you’ll be developing your skills through supporting NOW’s first-class relationships with its distribution platform partners in a growing portfolio. Some of the brands you might be working with includes Samsung, Sony, Apple, Xbox and Roku.
What you’ll be doing
- How to establish yourself as the day to day support for distribution partners, facilitating cross department contact and discussions, particularly working closely with the partnerships marketing team to enable excellent BAU content marketing activity
- Organise and help Partnership Managers brief all the elements required to execute plans, bringing together multiple teams that may include, but not limited to partnerships marketing, customer, finance, brand, PR, retail, legal, e-commerce, commercial planning and operations
- Support the Partnerships Managers by maintaining performance and viewing dashboards & by providing analysis on any key trends
- Liaising closely with Partnership Managers to jointly create detailed plans for all comms and campaigns that will drive towards quarterly / half / FY sales targets dominating all routes to the big screen in customer’s homes
- Maximising the campaign calendar to highlight seasonal opportunities and programme/channel highlights from the NOWTV portfolio delivering brilliant content marketing
- Support Partnerships Managers with the creative process from tight creative briefing to agencies, comprehensive and constructive feedback, rigorous management of deadlines internally and externally and full approval from Legal, Brand & Senior Management where applicable
- Ensuring all activity has a logical, customer-friendly and smooth customer journey with conversion metrics at forefront
- Help analyse effectiveness of all campaigns vs specified metrics e.g. Sales, CPA, Open rates, CTR %, and conversion from visit etc. Regular reporting, optimisation (where possible) and post-campaign analysis to inform future activity.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join NOW and work in the Digital and eCommerce team. The eCommerce executive is an integral role within the Digital & eCommerce team at NOW, supporting the eCommerce team to deliver a best-in-class eCommerce experience for members.
Working collaboratively with the eCommerce team, you’ll use data and insights to make recommendations and prioritise improvements across territories, to deliver a world class experience for members. You’ll be an advocate for the customer and be passionate about optimisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Update the site regularly to ensure their content is fresh and enticing and support the on-site launch of any promotional activity
- Assist the team to report on and monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and gain actionable insight to improve
- Respond to ad-hoc insight requests from around the business to support planning and activities
- Work with their search engine optimisation (SEO) lead to identify and deliver SEO improvements
- Research and report on market and competitive trends to keep the team informed and up-to-date with the latest news

NOW’s UK digital support channels provide both existing customers and prospects with a wide range of content and solutions from information about their products & services to troubleshooting and step-by-step guides. Their digital channels work together with the purpose of making customer support effortless, and in doing-so promoting self-service as the best customer support option.
Your role will be to analyse the performance of their end to end digital service experience, ensuring their members find the right resolution option quickly and efficiently. Through data analysis and journey mapping you’ will influence the strategic direction of NOW’s customer service across their digital journeys and help centre, through to their customer service approach on social, community and contact centres.
What you’ll be doing
- How to use analytics and performance data to spot trends in user journeys
- Critically analyse available data to look for improvement opportunities
- Work with the key stakeholders to document and advise on strategies that will provide the best service experience to NOW members during key business moments
- Capture requirements for platform and content changes and present to key stakeholders

- Forecast subscriber churn as part of quarterly planning. Develop models and methods to meet the forecasting challenges as business needs evolves. Effectively communicate changes, rationale and secure buy-in for forecasts
- Support the trading team in continuously reviewing, improving, and automating the reporting suite, including both excel and Tableau dashboards
- Deliver trackers and associated reporting providing key information to aid decision making within trading, highlighting key performance trends and context
- Be proactive in identifying potential risks and opportunities and be able to communicate the impact on NOW’s ability to deliver on plans/targets

The Social Media Executive will join the Social Media team, which sits within NOW’s Marketing team. You’ll work closely with NOW’s Influencer, PR, Brand, Acquisition and Customer teams, as well as the Social Media agencies, platform and studio partners. The social team has overall responsibility for setting the Social Media strategy, vision and creative direction for NOW.
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Executive will be key member of the team in executing the day-to-day Social Media and Influencer priorities for NOW.
What you’ll be doing
- Help deliver social campaigns and always-on content across key channels (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). This includes planning, creating assets, writing social-first copy and scheduling content, to help support key Memberships (Cinema, Entertainment and Sports).
- Daily community management, to help NOW build an engaged social community.
- Attend monthly reporting sessions with creative agency and apply learnings across social delivery output.
- Proactively identify emerging trends and opportunities, relevant to NOW.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders throughout the team, wider business and external agency partners to establish good working relationships.
- Support talent opportunities by preparing engaging fan-led questions and games.
- Help the Social Media Manager deliver NOW’s Influencer Strategy, managing campaigns and always-on activity with agency support.
What we’re looking for
- A track record of working in social media, developing, producing and delivering social media content and campaigns.
- A passion for social media and a flair of creativity to help NOW find new ways to capture the audience’s attention and get people talking.
- Professional experience in managing a Social Media calendar and the use of scheduling tools (Content Cal, Hootsuite, Sprinklr or similar)
- Proven experience and proficiency in reporting for different Social Media channels (either via the native platforms or third-party reporting tools)
- A passion and knowledge for Social Media and TV is a must, with an interest in a wide range of Entertainment, Sports and Movies.
- Have a strong understanding of Social Media industry and platforms; the different ways new audiences consume content on them, ability to embrace new technology and change to drive engagement.
- Must have strong copywriting skills best fit for Social, and experience writing for a brand.
- A track record in end-to-end project management with an ability to influence & manage multiple internal & external stakeholders, with strong examples of clear and concise communication.
- A team player, with demonstrable experience working in a quick-paced environment with tight deadlines and juggling multiple priorities with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business when necessary.
- An interest or preferentially experience in Influencer Marketing, as you’ll be helping the Social Media Manager lead NOW’s Influencer Strategy.
