Global Commerce

Managing the Identity and Sales and Service platform we ensure seamless customer experiences across various platforms, including Peacock, SkyShowtime, Showmax NOW and WOW. The team focuses on facilitating sign-up, sign-in, and acquisition processes through prospect web journeys, integrating with third-party partner websites, and incorporating in-app purchase functionalities. Additionally, we provide extensive self-service capabilities for account management to customers, such as chatbots, live chat support, and comprehensive help articles.
