Describe the recruitment, interview and on-boarding process: Very thorough and professional. Everybody was friendly and made the process a lot more enjoyable.
What were your first impressions of the team and company culture? Positive first impressions. Everybody was extremely welcoming and helpful from day one.
What’s your career journey been like up until now? It has been fantastic. The training was perfect and there has been lots of support from managers and colleagues since. This has allowed me to integrate most effectively.
Now that you’re settled in a little, what are you most looking forward to / aspirations? Getting to know everyone in the team more and building a bigger pipeline in order to produce more Adds.
What have you been most impressed with so far? How much the business values its employees and the support that has been provided.
What does a typical day working here look like for you? Firstly I check my pipeline and prioritise my tasks for the day. I’ll organise during inbound so I can be most productive during outbound. Half the day involves taking inbound calls which can be potential new customer sales, so I try to maximise this time as much as possible.
