Doing the right thing

We care about the world outside Sky. Which is why we play an active role in our communities: from building sustainable TV studios and offering sports scholarships, to our campaign against single-use plastics, as part of Sky Ocean Rescue.

Delivering, brilliantly

We keep customer promises, meet tough targets and hatch new products faster than you can say Sky Q.

Expectations are high and so are the rewards. We'll give you our full support, so you'll be all set to achieve your best.

Career growth

We give you freedom. Support. The chance to try things your way. You'll learn almost everything you need to know on the job. And we'll give you regular feedback, so you'll always know how you're doing.

Expect plenty of development opportunities, too, including access to 12,000 LinkedIn Learning courses.

And if you fancy a change of scene within the business, we'll support you through project work, short-term placements or a full transfer.

You can definitely grow your career at Sky. I joined Sky on the Graduate Scheme and made it up to Finance Director over a number of years.
