My name’s Ashley, I’m the Retail Team Leader for Lakeside at Essex.

Two and a half years ago, I got the job at Sky. Everyone was gonna say; “Oh you’re gonna love it, you’re gonna enjoy it. You’re gonna do this you can do that.” And I just wasn’t expecting what actually did come, and it was like a massive family that I joined.

Every day is a different day. It’s challenging, fast-paced, rewarding and I get to do so many different projects and move about within the company. I just love it.

There’s so many things that I love about working with Sky, but the one thing I’m going to say about this today – is the benefits. The package they give you as an employee is amazing; from health benefits, from discounts from shops, to free Sky. There’s just so much more that you get from being a Sky employee and it’s fantastic.
