Sky has been very good and supportive toward my deafness and made some adjustments such as providing an interpreter for the team meetings.
They have also made it possible for me to have someone with me to support my communication so that I can provide excellent service for our customers.
I can see a massive difference having an interpreter as I can see that I can build a rapport with my customers. We have a good laugh. I believe the customers were amazed that I have an interpreter with me to remove the communication barriers. It makes me and the customers feel relaxed.
