How did you get into your role?

I’d heard great things about working here from friends and family.

How have you made a difference in your role / what’s been your proudest moment working here?

I’ve worked really hard on promoting Sky mobile and my proudest moment working here was when I was personally recognised for my hard work over the past year by senior leadership.

What’s the most enjoyable thing about your job?

It’s got to be the people. When I come into work my manager and team are so welcoming, and take a personal interest in me.

Describe your contact centre or area of the business – what makes it a great place to work?

The Centre is open plan and the atmosphere is buzzing. Our Centre is getting refurbished so we’re all looking forward to having a new canteen, carpets and toilets.

Have you had the opportunity to progress in your role? What advice would you give to others trying to develop their career?

You definitely get recognition for your hard work here, and there are lots of opportunities to progress within your role and into different roles within the business.
